This is the second time I experienced such poor service at the service center in Kuruman. I went in to book my PVR for repair as it shows be1 error. I have been standing in a cue for 20 minutes without even one person making any effort whatsoever to even say good morining. The staff does not sit in their chairs, they lay down in them trying to help customers. There is a television blasting at full volume, so bad that people have to shout at each other to hear. After standing in the cue for 20 minutes and staff floating around not even making an effort to be friendly or helpfull I decided to leave and never ever set foot in this shop again. I will rather drive a couple of hundred kilometers to another dealer where the staff will actually be standing behind the counter and be friendly towards loyal PAYING customers.
