Thought I'd support this new branch in our town. What a dissappointment!!! Standing in the que for almost 20 minutes (only one other customer infront of me) and not moving. Person behind the counter had no idea what he was doing. I still can't understand what the problem was. Standing there I looked at the rest of the customers and the McD staff. The staff have no customer skills. They definitely had no idea what they were doing and also clearly don't know what they are selling. The one lady ordered chicken nuggets - out of stock? she ordered milkshake - no milkshakes? Don't know what she asked for next but whatever the answer was, she just eventually told the staffmember to just leave it, and the lady left. I waited a few minutes longer and also decided to leave, because it was clear that this wasn't going to be a very good experience. If you want to open a new business, please make sure your staff has customer skills, know what they are selling and know what they are suppose to do... which clearly is not the case here. Good luck to the owners of this branch, they will need it. Remember... first impressions lasts...
