Bad Service from Multichoice

The problem is that my DSTV only works less that half of the month despite me paying in full every month. If it does work I cannot watch channel S4 (204). Because of this problem I have missed Kaiser Chiefs last match (last season) & have again missed Kaizer Chiefs opening match (This season).

I have made several call to DSTV call centre & they have failed to help me. Lately when I call the call centre I am placed on hold until the phone is disconnected. I feel this is done on purpose. This has been going on since April 2013.

I just need to get the service I am paying for & enjoy Diski as it is the main reason I bought DSTV.
