THIS IS THE DISGUSTING I FEEL FOR DSTV MULTICHOICE TODAY - I pay my bill monthly of R650.00 and sometimes have to reconnect due to late payment but I have never, not even once missed a payment. I suddenly recieve an sms saying that I owe DSTV R2955.00. So naturally I call the call centre to find out what is going on and I get this arrogant girl who goes by the name of Dimakatso telling me that i just have to pay the outstanding amount or my DSTV will be disconnected. I am absolutley disgusted at the service I recieved, being treated like a criminal for my own account.
