I upgraded from the Compact Bouquet to the DSTV Extra on the 18 June only to have my favourite channel 113 split into 114 and 115 on the 9 July. The problem is that Multichoice retained the good content of 113.
Although the call centre agent assured me that I am very lucky to have two new channels instead of one, it is not what I thought that I was paying for. The problem is that I have been watching the content on 113 for years and now do not have access. I am dismally unhappy with DSTV. I feel that this is bad business practice. Please help!!!
