I wanted to take the family to the movies to watch Grown Ups 2 only to be told no because my son of 7 is not allowed in. Sorry but who is the parent? He is under my supervision and I say he can watch, who are you to tell me he can't. Then there is double standards by the "supervisor" Musi Radebe that told me if he was 9 and not 7 he would let him in. Then I call the "manager" Gareth Young with no sense of customer service. I was probably troubling him on a Sunday and he wasn't interested helping a frustrated client. So, instead of spending R250 to spend at your company I will wait until the movie becomes available on dvd and watch it then or rent it on PVR or even buy a copy at musica. I will still save money. Ster Kinekor was so much better when they were previously at Key West.
