Cannot register an account due to DSTV System cras

I have phoned 4 times trying to register as a DSTV subscriber. $ Times I held the line for more than 40 minutes. Each time the system does not recognise my ID and then I am told that they will fix the problem and that someone will give me a call. To date I have received no call. Looks like DSTV does not want anymore customers..
