DSTV Continue Debit order 4 months late

To Whom it may concern at DSTV...

I cancelled my DSTV in May of this year. Last week Monday I checked my bank statements to realize that the debit order is still going off. I phoned to confirm this and it was admitted to be an error on their side. I told them I was on holiday in Umhlanga before I immigrate out of South Africa to Istanbul.

They consultants told me that I had to give proof of residence and 3 months bank statements?

I was with this company for more that 7 years with the same bank account. I told them that all my filling is in Johannesburg and that I will be leaving to Instanbul on my return from holiday and the manager on duty promised to speak to finance to assist me. This didn't happen and - R2500 is still outstanding and I haven't herd anything from any employee at DSTV.

Now I am in Istanbul, Turkey and will not be able to get hold of them without incurring huge telephone charges. I will also post this article in Hello Peter, Twitter and your facebook page and on my website. I was patient and enjoyed your service for more than 7 years and now this?
What a disappointment DSTV.
