Owner doesn't know how to speak to his clients

We told the waiter we first want to look at the buffet and then decide, so he punished the waiter because we decided not to eat buffet. Their buffet is so low budget and they expect us to pay R108 for such cheap buffet food. The owner came to our table and started throwing tantrums because we were not satisfied with his service and attitude. He also told my mother they never pay for their food and just always eat and that is not true. So we paid our drinks and went to a small friendly restaurant in water glen centre called chung nam and their sushi are always of the hook.
