POOR SERVICE

I PHONED TO DOWN GRADE MY DSTV PACKAGE. AFTER HOLDING FOR 30 MIN THE OPERATOR REALY WAS TERRIBLE. HE GIVE ME THE AMOUNT I HAD TO PAY WHICH I DID AS WE SPOKE. HE REFUSED TO DOWN GRADE MY PACKAGE AND SWITCH ON MY SERVICE. I AM VERY SORRY I DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE MY PERSONAL DETAILS TO THIS AND HIS REMARK ON IF YOU ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE INTERNET AT HOME YOU CAN LOG ON TO THE WEBSITE AND RECONNECT YOUR SERVICE SELF IS NOT APPRECIATED. HE GETS A SALARY TO WORK AND ASSIST CLIENTS AND THE IS SURELY NOT WHAT HE IS DOING. NOW I DO UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD TO WAIT 30 MIN AND WHY THE OVERALL SERVICE EVEN THE PROGRAMS FROM DSTV HAS GONE BACKWARDS. THEY ARE PAYING INADEQUATE PEOPLE AND DO NOT FOCUS ON THEIR CLIENTS
