DSTV offer according to their terms and conditions up grades as many as you like, but with one down grade with in a billing month period. This is clear in their terms and conditions. However they have changed the system with out client notice. Twice this month I have been suspended from their service due to a down grade prior to my debit order, which is with in their terms. Now they have a new system which requires an up front payment when up grading, what a rip off and with no notice to their millions of clients. Please let every one know, this is just another rip off from DSTV.
