Forgot to make the payment on July 28 (was overseas...) and got cut off immediately. No reminder, no SMS, no email (to send an email probably too expensive for DSTV?). Took three freakin' calls to DSTV to get connected again. Seems you have done that to many others as it took ages to get connected to a person. But that's it for me, enough is enough! The way you behave as a company is disgusting and after this month, you are not getting my money any longer. Considering the time I wasted to get connected again, just ridiculous!
