We recently changed to debit order for dstv, we are on compact, last month they took R822 this month again they took R822 but its not connected still they telling us its not reflecting on their credit department. Why are we charged so much when before the debit order was activated we were only paying R280? Their consultants are rude even! And they promise to call us back but they never do! Something needs to be done about this, urgently! We can't pay so much and still not get connected & receive bad service from the consultants.
