False billing and inability to cancel a service

We have been having endless problems since 2011 with DSTV, Our subscription was cancelled almost 2 years ago and yet we still get billed every month and then the account gets handed over to thugs that call themselves attorneys that call and harass us for payments. When we do call DSTV to correct the situation they refund the premium if we have not already reversed it and then a month later the same thing happens again. The excuse we get is that we connected the account online. firstly i do not even have a DSTV dish and i dont think its possible to connect a decoder without the dish. the call centres are totally useless and mumble on the phone about various reasons why they think it is connected and yet they cannot answer a simple question and tell me if they are submitting a signal to my house and if i am connected. They also refuse to give us their legal departments contact details. We re totally frustrated at such pathetic service and unlawfully debiting a bank account that they do not have permission to debit. The bank cannot stop a debit order so this mean i must close my bank account down as some DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROGRAMME A COMPUTERISED BILLING SYSTEM AT DSTV.
