What the heck???

I installed a dish earlier this year. But three months later we moved and my sister in law were going to take it over. End of may i noticed that the payments dont look right and they arw not paying it so on the 9th of june i called multichoice and asked them to switch it off till i can afford to install a new dish then i will pay my account up to date as i know and understand that its not their fault. I spoke to a guy he said he will switch it off for me and when im ready to re-connect i would only have to pay R1300. Last week a debt collecting agency called me and told me that i owe dstv over R2000. What the heck??? Upon callimg dstv the consultant just kept saying they do not have it on recors that i called in that sunday evening but they have it that i called in later that month to find out how much i owe wich i definatly did not. I sent dstv a complaint aswell that someone and i actually do know who is accessing my account and giving details out but they did not take me seriously. I want to kno how my account goes from R1300 to more than R2000.
