Hello, I phoned Sun City on a number provided on their website, 0800 237 422, around midday today to make a booking enquiry. The lady I spoke to, gave me another number to call, 014 557 1000. From there on I was put through from one person to the next without anyone actually helping me with the booking query. Eventually i went back to the first number and the lady still couldn't help me. I was utterly disgusted and wonder if this is the level of service i get over the phone, what more shall i expect when i actually visit the place.

as a customer, i should not have be holding on the line over 10min while being transferred from pillar to post. it was frustrating to say the least and i won't be visiting this resort any time soon.
