Frustrating Customer Experience

I have had the worst customer care service from Donavan. I had booked a car to be delivered at 13:00. Upon my enquiry an our later, this person make it like its my fault that I don't have the car, one moment they didn't get the voucher to confirm the booking, the next minute they don't have drivers to deliver the car. All these stories, while another lady, Sophy, tells me the driver is already on his way. When I asked Donavan for the driver's cellphone number because he couldn't even estimate when the driver would arrive, he gives me 9 digit number saying that's the number he has, asking me what he must do and then just transfers the call to someone else. He was very rude and does not protray the good qualities of Europcar.

And to top it all, the driver just hangs up on me, he didn't want to tell me where he was so I can estimate his arrival.

It's two hours later, I still don't have the car. Really really frustrating to deal with such people...
