Can someone please sort out the my account. My customer number is 77376923 and ID number -8408305826080. I've getting threatning messages about my account owing and as a matter of fact I am up to date with my account. I have e-mailed proof of payment to [Email Removed] and received the following reference numbers-CASE NUMBER: 3844482/CASE NUMBER: 3844383/CASE NUMBER: 3844625/CASE NUMBER: 3844626.
Can this be sorted out immediately as I do not want to have my services cut. I will appreciate a quick response. I have nothing nothing but good service from the consultants before. The problem only started recently. I have all the payments with me and my e-mail address is [Email Removed]
Please someone help. I am very irritated at a moment.
