BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My fiance and I decided to go to Aasvoelkrans Resort for a get away weekend. I tried to make a booking for the weekend but got no response. I sent 2 emails and a fax to arrange a booking for us but had no response. I then decided to give them a call to find out what is going on and why am I not getting a response. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and abrupt and acted like she never received my emails (that I sent twice). She spoke to me as if I was nothing and made me out as a and that I had not sent the emails. When I confronted her about the fax she said it does not help to send it to their fax number as their faxes goes to Head Office. Why would they then advertise on their website for bookings email or fax, that is unethical. They have no customer service at all and I won't go there ever again even though we have been going there for years. I do not need to get treated like this. I will rather take my business elsewhere.
