YESTERDAY NIGHT I WATCHED CHEATERS BEFORE I SLEPT AT 21H00. TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I WOKE UP THIS MORNING TO WATCH MY GOSPEL CHANNEL. I FOUND OUT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED, I NEED EXPLANATION WHY? BECAUSE THEY DEBIT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY ENVELOPE ON MY SCREEN TO SHOW THAT I AM IN ARREARS.

AND FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM MULTICHOICE, OR THE SUBSCRIPTION MAGAZINE. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE, THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK IF YOU GET CUT OFF WHILST TALKING TO THEM. WHERE I WORK AT ABI- COCA COLA WE ALWAYS CALL OUR CUSTOMERS BACK.

NOW I HAVE TO CALL THEM, TELL 0112892222. THIS IS BAD SERVICE
