Good day

I am a new subcriber with Dstv but what I have gone through this past 3 days is enough to put me off it for years. I subscribed for December and payed for the month based on the advice of the agency. I woke up on the 8th of December to an e-16 error. Being notified that my subcription was suspended, I called to find out what's the problem only to be met by incompetent consultant who was clueless and put me on hold to get hold of the supervisor and never came back to me. I was made aware that I am not owing on my subscription but was never told why the services were suspended. On the 3rd call that was when the issue was sorted out, but on the 9th I had to deal with the same issue again, which I called and suffered the same tendecy of keeping the customer on hold and never coming back whislt checking the account happened. Only after the 3rd call where a Mr. Zulu assisted me and was able to watch the tv, but only to wake up on the 10th of December 2013 to find the services are suspended whereas I have already spent R75 worth of airtime already to sort this out which is 3/4 of my subscription fee. Is it worth having Dstv if I am going to suffer like this?
