No one knows whats going on!!! @ wild coast

Cannot seem to get any response frm Wild Coast re the busses from Durban to Wild Coast.
Club Prive (Umhlanga Tours) is no longer servicing this route from August - they told me to call wild coast - - but no one at wild coast knows who the new service provider is. We planned to take this bus as 'something different' for our stay at wild coast now being held up - and cannot get a response from any email!! Lines are always busy and no one calls back.
PLEASE HELP- I NEED TO BOOK FOR AUGUST
