We've been looking forward to watching the second Hunger Games film for months now, with this excitement we rushed to Clearwater to get tickets. Firstly the unhelpful and slow service of your ticket sales people was just ridiculous, they had such bad attitudes and took their time whilst talking amongst each other we nearly didn't make the film on time, then when we politely asked the lady at the counter to speed up service the took more time being spiteful and argued with us. We went into the cinema, got seats close to the front rows where a Group of young scholars/students were sitting. The students were extremely noisy. A lot of people in the cinema complained even got up and asked the students to be quiet. They continued laughing, and chatting, we couldn't focus on the story as this was too distracting. After a couple of people got up, someone from management came in which was just a further distraction. He walked out and the students continued being noisy. This happened more than once. I missed half of the story, and then walked out. Went to management, who also gave me a bad attitude.

Why if customers pay for entertainment which is actually a luxury, get treated this way?
