I checked into the Palace at the Lost City in Sun City on 24 May 2013. After checking in, my vehicle was parked by the Valet Service offered by the Lost City. On 25 May I requested my vehicle. When the driver brought the vehicle he asked to show me "something". I agreed and he proceeded to show me the wheel arch on my vehicle was scratched. There was still paint from the pillar on my vehicle and he proceeded to call security management because he insisted it was the driver who drove it on the night of 24 May. The head of security gave me a formal letter and a docket was opened to investigate the guilty driver. I was promised by security and hotel management at the time that I would receive a full refund on the repair cost. To date ( /-10 weeks) Lost City management has not responded to my emails and has not refunded me.
