On the 31st of August 2012 I was involved in a car accident with a vehicle from Prosound Company. The vehicle lost control and hit my car. that resuted to the Driver's sit and the door behind the driver's sit being damaged. As per the agreement with the Prosound Company, they offered to pay for all the expenses for the car to be repaired. They made arrangements with their insurance company Trustco to pay for the vehicle to be repaired but to date, nothing has happened. All documentation were submitted two weeks after the accident, i.e quotations, statements from the police, Description and sketch of the accident and an affidavit of non-insurance. I have been sent from Pillar to post, and no feedback. Its 8 months later and my car is still not fixed. Please assist by making this people pay for my vehicle
