No concern for safety of customers

During a recent visit to Bugz Family Playpark, my bags with a number of valuables were out of the back of the car. Despite locking the car, there was no sign of forced entry, which could apparently mean that some form of blocking device was used to prevent the car from locking.

According to the owner, there have been a number of thefts reported there recently.

He initially claimed that the whole car park was under 24 hour surveillance, however, for the first three days, they were 'too busy' to look at the footage, and thereafter claimed that the cameras have actually not been working for a week.

When I phoned them to inform them that the culprit was captured on camera at a nearby store trying to use my credit card and suggested they get a printout to give to staff or at the very least confirm that it wasn't a staff member, they said that 'they are not interested, because crime can happen anywhere, and it is not any of their concern that it happened on their property'. This attitude was made clear in all my conversations with them.

With this blatant disregard for the safety of their customers and their property, I will certainly never go there again.
