City Property
Appalling service and attitude

On Friday the 14th June when I was in Value Mart Woodmead which is one of City property, property my Fendi hand bag worth more than R4000 which had my personal belongings including my I'd document Etc was stollen from my car. They jammed the locking signal because my car was locked.

I understand that I enter the property at my own risk but I was not and still am not expecting city property to be liable or pay back the bag or anything that was inside. What was more appalling beside my bag being stollen was the attitude of the manager of the centre who is Anne-Marie Breed after I had notified the security of the centre of the incident whom one of which they called Kaiser. He was in the camera control room. Of Cos any one who has something worth more than R4000 would want to atleast know what happened and and atleast know or see who if the place has cameras, Anne Marie attitude was really not acceptable. She was rolling her eyes the whole time, telling me how she has dealt with worse dismissing me and being rude. No ounce at least of empathy at least, She even took her bag and left. And ended up saying I must bring a huge memory stick so they can record the footage from
