No refund from Coffee and Chocolate expo

You advised that I would receive a response about the refund of R 240.00 for the coffee and chocolate expo. I did receive an e mail refusing to refund me my money but give me complimentary tickets for next years expo. I will never go back to the rip off expo, and it was so crowded that it was actually an unpleasant experience, so I asked for a refund and they have not responded
