We ran a guesthouse, so we had a commercial account. We sold the guesthouse and moved into an apartment.

now i want to take one decoder/smartcard combo from the guesthouse and convert to a residential account so i don't have to buy a new decoder/smartcard.

This is apparently a process too complicated for dstv to handle. Almost a week and a half and no action taken.

seems like i've seen this movie before, it's a horror.
