Incorrect Account payment details!

Last week I went to my Multichoice agency in Upington to pay our account. Their latest innovation are these machines that enable you to pay your account with so much ease via your bank card. This is a great innovation and could go a long way in effecting customer service. But I went their to pay my account and that I did. The machine stated that I needed to pay approximately R440 which included a R50 reconnection fee. Payment was done and I approached a lady at the counter to change payment dates on which she replied that I needed to pay an additional R40 which I also did. This morning I get a message on my PVR stating I still need to make an addition R310 payment. WHY!! This is not what was stated on the machine? Now my account has again been suspended. I am going to contact our local newspaper and social media to warn our small community of this so that we would not fall into the trap of paying what the machine says and have your account suspended again. Looks to me like another fast money making scheme from Multichoice. If this is the way forward I will definately look at other means of entertainment and believe me your customer base could shrink very quickly.
