Why Must I Pay Extra

On the 02/02 I made payment for my account. On the morning of the 03/02 my services was discontinued due to NO PAYMENT. Why the must I pay the re-connection fee of R50.00? Multichoice received payment before the service was discontinued & I must be the one paying that extra cost. Is this a new way of making money out of your customers? I mean really... This is not the first time I had problems with you guys.
