They want us to pay cash!! not debit order???

I Just phoned to change my bank details - what a nightmare!!! the dstv subscription is in my wife's name and i pay for it because she is a house wife. Now they say i can not seeing that the account is in her name - I said to them but it has always been like that her subscription my bank account. So I say what now they say the only way is to pay cash monthly. How pathetic is this!!!
