I layed a complaint telephonically with Ster Kineko head office on the 08.07.2013 and on Hello Peter about the pathetic service i received at their branch in gateway and was told i wil receive a call from a manager. Guess what its now 10 days past and still no call.im completely livid, i called head office and spk with Jay-Jay & was told they dont keep records on system and dont follow up on complaints .what kind of service is this, Ster Kineko yourl clearly have no regrad for yourls customer from management all the way down to the people that work at the ticket office. So i asked the lady responsible for replying to complaints to call me back, and im still waiting since the 08.07.2013.
