During our holiday in Mode Molle in December we decided to take a drive up to Legends Golf Estate check in for the night and play a round of golf the next day. This was on 26 December 2013. On our arrival we went to reception where there were 2 employees. The one was helping a group of people and the other one was hanging in her chair behind the counter and ignored us completely. No acknowledgement or "will be with you soon". We waited until the other one had finished with his group and were finally checked in. We were directed to our room and on arrival my husband called reception/room service and ordered ice. This was round about 1 to 1.30 pm. We decided to go and have lunch and returned to our room at about 3.30 pm and alas no ice. My husband called the reception and asked where it was and they told him the guy that was supposed to bring it is now on lunch. Not an apology or we will send someone else. We decided to watch the Proteas test and the TV did not work. My husband checked behind the TV to try and see whether we could get it going and low and behold the TV was not even connected. There were loose wires hanging behind. That was the cherry on top so we decided to check out
