For the umpteenth time in the past 2 years, I had to report my On Demand programs failing to download onto my PVR. A Ms Mosimane (I believe) contacted me last Saturday but failed to rectify the problem; instead citing the old story of an incorrect installation. She promised to contact me at 13:00 on Monday 15 July but failed to do so. I contacted the Call Centre who promised to escalate this but once again, NO RESPONSE! Unfortunately, I am once again forced to place my complaint on Hellopeter to get a response from Multichoice.
Nothing short of a visit by an accredited installer at Multichoice's expense will solve this obvious breech of contract. I have two case numbers namely 3716642 & 3723224.
