SHORT CHANGED BY MULTICHOICE

I have been a loyal Multichoice subscriber for the past 6 years, for the South Indian bouquet. The PVR functionality on channel 454 has not been working for a long while, and despite raising this issue last year with multichoice, nothing has improved. On 10/03/2013 at 12:09, i called in to report the discrepant information panels and the programs screened, spoke to Lerato reference number 123021659, who indicated that a manager would contact me in this regard. After 7 days of no call back, I phoned the call centre on 17/03/2013 at 19:24, spoke to Thandiwe, who said that a manager would call me the next day. I am now tired of this deferring tactic on the part of DSTV - their after sales service, and they have not even had the courtesy to attend to their own problems. They are ripping off the SA public and need to be taken to task in this regard.
