I was due a free movie for 30 days after my birthday on 9 March. Even though I had lost my Fanatics card and only had my membership number, the manager (I think), was very helpful. Even after checking the system and not fining a movie due to me (it could have been due to 31 days not 30), she still comped me a ticket.
