Why do you guys disconect my xtraview channel and then not allow me to re activate it on the web site. Just another excuse to charge me to call your call centre. Fix this now please. I am paying for a service and DSTV disconnect it at their own whim. I will escalate this if not resolved by tomorrow. I am darn sure this is in violation of my contract with DSTV. WONDER WHAT THE CPA has to say about this.
