Just spoke to Busi Mashiya . i demanded my refund who put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back spoke to me and told me she is transfering my call and she droped me went thru your survey rted her 2 and i was then rerouted to your IVR which as am writting am still waiting to be asnwered if someone can quickly monitor you see that am still being routed.
