Dear MiWay,
I called about 5 minutes ago and I spoke to a gentleman (didn't get his name), but my call was about cancelling the MiSmart cover on my policy number: 295892. The gentleman asked me why I was cancelling, and I told him why. He then said he was transfering me to the "people" who would help me.
I kept holding the phone with the MiWay song playing (my airtime mind you), and after about 5 minutes, my call was dropped, just like that.
Can I please get a response to confirm that my policy has been cancelled as I'm not interested in someone who will try to ask me why (as I already told the gentleman I spoke to), and try to convince me to change my mind.
I'm hoping for a speedy response.
