I recently saw that i have been billed R38 aritime from my account, i decided to call MTN and they told me that it was Smart Call Technology. A company i never heard of in my life, i called them and Spoke to Busi she could not answer any of my questions and just said i have subscribed to them in January 2011 so they have been debiting me since then so over all the amount comes to R950 in airtime taken from me ILLEGALLY. I was told to send an email to them stating my complaints etc which i did and requested a same day call back. I then called back and spoke to a very rude lady who put me on mute and then just put down the phone. Please note the email was sent at 1pm yesterday however 24 hours later i still have not recieved a call back. I then called in and spoke to Yvonne who could even tell me where the process is with my complaint, i requested to speak to a manager but as the story goes they are always in a meeting or out of the office. She then rudely put me on mute and came back minutes later asking "anything else".

This company is Illegal in what they are doing, no one gives them the right to just take funds without our consent
