I had a problem with 3 Bus Tickets that I had booked from Computicket and I must really thank Nomfundo for the professional, friendly attitude and courteous manner she dealt with my complaint. My complaint is 100% resolved and I really appreciate the follow up via telephone calls and e-mails and the effort made by Nomfundo has restored my faith in Computicket 110% and it is refreshing to experience such Excellent Customer Service.
