I was a guest of my sister at the Royal Swazi Spa. She had a booking for a luxury family room. When we arrived there was none, but instead were given 2 separate rooms. No fuss was made, we just accepted this. Items in the rooms were never replenished timeously, we had to call housekeepinh multiple times to get any joy. The would bring some items and forget about the rest - i suggust giving your staff staionary to write things down so they do not forget as it happens way to often.
We checked out on Sunday the 7th, we must have left 30mins when we realised we had left behind a packet containing souveniors in the cupboard below the room safe. We immediately called Thembi at reception and asked her to please assist in securing our items as the room had already been cleaned etc, we knew no cleaning staff would go in there for a while. She said that they would check, we had to call back over 5 times and eventually we had reached the border post and entered back into SA, Still no call or feedback from Thembi or the housekeeping manager as promised. I called again yesterdaym spoke to Stembiso at reception who also said the he would check with housekeeping, no call back from him either.
