I'm truly disgusted by the way my mother and daughter was being treated by the sterkinekor staff Kimberley. Tuesday 2 July 2013, my mother spoiled my daughter to a pizza lunch and movies. My daughter never finished her meal as she was too excited for the movies and decided to take it along if she decided she's hungry. They came to the movies and was refused to enter with her food. Where does it say at any of your doors that other parcels are not allowed inside your theathers? They sat down and soon after they started to notice people with pnp parcels, taking out their snacks, but my child was left hungry and refused any cooldrink. What experience did you left my child with. Where on your tickets does it say that other foods are not allowed inside and not just there, but where on you website does it stipulate that you are not allowed to enter with you own drinks. As far as I"m concern there people, conductors, name them you want is there to see to it that I have a valid ticket and for security purposes!
