On saterday the 9th november I came to watch a movie with my daughter, my mom and my sister child. We came to watch khumba and the night before I checked online the time of the show and the show was sceduled for 11:45. We rushed from the house to get to the movie and all they could tell us the movie not available as it never came from the usa yet and they did put a note up online to say the movie isn't available. But nothing was online when I checked the time schedule. So we ended up buying tickets for the smurfs. I went to pick n pay to buy my daughter chips cause she doesn't eat popcorn. When we got into the movies I gave my daughter her chips and a lady who works at the cinema took my daughter and my sisters chips away. My daughter started crying. I think that was blatantly rude as they are just kids and that fact that they didn't have the proper movie available they gave attitude about it.
