Incompetent call centre agent

I upgrade to premium. After upgrading I couldn't view channel 104, 105 and 106. I phoned again and afterwards my pin is blocked. Agent said he will reset it but it is still blocked. I don't have premium anymore. I have spend R140 airtime for nothing.
