It's the 2nd time my drifta cannot connect. 1st time I visited their call centre and was helped by an extremely nice lady and my problem was sorted quickly. Same thing happened now, and I tried calling their local depot, only to be subjected to listening to an machine who told me I got my I'd number wrong, I then waited forever and still wasn't helped. Meanwhile I'm missing out on all the sports.
