I bought and installed this morning a DSTV Drifta usb so i can watch cricket on my laptop. I installed the software as per instructions, but when i open the program it tells me to scan for channels which i do and then finds none. I phoned DSTV and typically was passed on twice until i was put through to the DSTV Mobile call centre, but the lady who helped me cannot speak english properly and i battled to understand her. The more i asked her to repeat herself and speak slower, the more she raised her voice and got arrogant and irritated with me!! I thought i was the customer?? This has happened before but i never complained and am certainly not rude to anyone at these call centres but enough is enough. I am a premium subscriber and have no choice but to pay their overinflated prices, but will not take rudeness from anyone, especially when i am the custiomer and need help!!
I have subsequently sent them my problem from their website and have received an e-mail in response with a reference number on it, but still cannot use my drifta.
