SHOCKING!!!
Fair enough, you are doing renovations.
Your facility and service is shocking.
But you make all of this right with a sign which apologizes for the inconvenience.
However, you still charge full price for this shambles.
Waited 45 mins to buy ticket and popcorn. Once bought (PAID) I was informed that there is no flavoured salt available. So we settled for plain salt - get to our seats and it wasn't put in the box.
This is just a small part of the bad experience. I don't mind paying the price but not for such a poor experience.
