No help with Drifta

Drifta app on iPad and Android does not work. Been phoning multichoice and already spent over R200 worth of airtime to no avail. Been told that the problem is not on they're part but with my devices. The Drifta worked on devices and still works on PC and Laptop. Since updating the software it does not work on my devices. Even went to multichoice shop and they told me that they can not assist and I must phone multichoice. I asked them if they will not do it for me, they said no and I must do it on my own. What is the point of having a device with no support? Could DSTV not start a system where they care more and phone the customer if we are having problems or do they just not care? I am going to cancel the service if not corrected and recommend anybody thinking about using the Drifta to think hard if they want to go through the same headaches as I did. If anybody from multichoice is reading this, please contact me.
